Download the Đất Việt Launcher
For Windows. You need The Isle on Steam, with Steam open and logged in.

Press PLAY, pick a server
Pick Đất Việt 1, 2 or 3, then press JOIN SELECTED SERVER.

The launcher does the rest
It installs and updates the mod (about 1.3 GB the first time), starts the game and joins the server.
